I just know this is going to make me hugely unpopular but right now, I don’t care.
(Reuters) U.S. Defence Secretary Mark Esper said on Saturday that he was in favor of placing ground-launched, intermediate-range missiles in Asia relatively soon, a day after the United States withdrew from a landmark arms control treaty.
So what’s this all about?
The US military is going to surround China in exactly the same way it has surrounded Russia with WMD’s. Like that will make a difference!
Or maybe it will. Only not as the world would like.
On the back of increasing aggression by the American government on trade and military matters towards Russia and China and everywhere in-between. To my unlearned eye it seems like that the US is setting up in readiness to attack the world.
So what happens when the two saner super powers and their friends prudently encircle the US and their allies with nuclear weaponry? After all that’s exactly what Russia has done for Europe. A tit for tat response to aggression that would wipe out Europe, let alone the US, should something stupid (US led) happen.
It was that Mutually Assured Destruction that led to the de-escalation of the first nuclear arms race by arms limitation treaties. There again, that was when the world had REAL LEADERSHIP.
It’s kinda depressing to think that the world won’t need to worry about the long term problem of global warming if this runs on into it’s obvious conclusion.
As there won’t be a long term if it all kicks off.
Just instant sunburn that
no amount of sunblock will counter
And for the unfortunate left standing,
a slow lingering death.
So I’m wondering if the American people ever considered that once the equipment of Armageddon are in place, and maybe before the other side has prudently responded to that threat. All it’s going to take is some maggot brain with sloppy impulse control to trigger something saner minds will be unable to stop.

It’s very real and very scary

Chuckle, ineptness, I like that.
Here’s one bit of ineptness I heard today.
Snowflakes at a London university are being offered counselling because of the stress of Brexit is affecting their studies.
The course? Art appreciation.
And we are not to worry about a shortage of baked beans because there is a warehouse in England containing 1000 tons of them.
Wow, I can feel the tenseness leave my body knowing that.
Whoops, nearly forgot to say:-
We don’t eat them!
🙂 🙂 🙂
